Ordering Policies
Kissing Moons is an online storefront only. We are unable to accept drop-in clientele but invite you to browse our website to purchase our products. Or visit one of the retail establishments, salons or spa's that carry our products.
If you are interested in retailing our products through your establishment please send an email request to info@kissingmoons.com and please be sure to include "wholesale inquiry" in the subject line.

Other Considerations
· We do not require a minimum order.
· Accepted forms of payment are: Personal Check, Money Order, Paypal. We do not accept COD. (NOTE: All payments must clear before shipment is made.)
· Sales tax is charge to all Louisiana orders.
· There is a $25 surcharge applicable to any and all first time returned checks. If you issue a check that is returned by the bank, no other checks will be accepted on future orders.
· Orders are shipped with extra packing material in every effort to prevent damage during shipment. We charge shipping as quoted to us from the U.S. postal service.
· We only accept orders and ship within the USA. All orders requesting shipment to or originating from places outside of the United States of America will be voided. We reserve the right to refuse business to any party.
· Kissing Moons products are freshly crafted on order. We do not believe in stockpiling large quantities of pre-made, pre-packaged products. Please allow time for your order to be processed.
...We stand behind our product line 100%, but we cannot replace products that may have been sitting indefinitely at another location or damaged from improper storage or improper handling. If damage has occurred during shipment see the postal service to make your claim as insurance is added on each shipment. You will need to keep all boxes, packaging material and contents in order as the post office may need to inspect the package to process the claim. If there is a problem in any way with product integrity, we are more than happy to work with you to replace it but this must be brought to our attention immediately on receipt of your order. Customers wishing to return items must contact Kissing Moons prior to return for approval. Our goal is to provide you with the finest handcrafted products but dislike of chosen scent is not grounds of being "defective."
